Can I eat Sea Moss gel? Absolutely. Sea Moss gel is highly recommended as an ingested product,  but can also be used as a topical. 

Is Sea Moss good for pain? Yes! Applied topically and taken internally, Sea Moss is a great pain reliever. Our infused varieties further enhance the healing benefits.

How much Sea Moss should I use? We suggest using approximately 1-3 tablespoons per 24-28 ounces of liquid, for ideal taste and benefits. 

How long will my Sea Moss gel stay fresh? Refrigerated sea moss gel will stay fresh for up to 6 weeks.

How long do the sea moss freezer packs last? Sea moss can remain frozen for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

Where does your sea moss come from? Our sea moss is sustainably sourced from the Caribbean waters of  where sand and water quality score among the highest in the world.

When should I expect to receive my order? Standard orders  within the United States ( Does not include wholesale orders)  are shipped 2-5 business days (M-T) once order is processed .  All of our products are made custom to each customer, causing processing time to vary depending on order. processing
